Before you commit to visiting Bath by car have you considered coming by train? Southcot Place is ideally situated for those wishing to visit the city by public transport, the train station being only a 2-minute walk away. If you do want to bring your car, please bear in mind that parking is limited in the city centre.
Parking in Bath is zoned for residents and Southcot Place is in Zone 3. There is no dedicated parking for the apartment although there is free parking between 7:00 pm and 8:00 am Monday to Saturday, and all day on Sundays.
If you require parking outside these times you can ask us to purchase a Visitor’s Permit for the duration of your stay or there is free parking a short walk up LyncombeHill, just outside the Zone 3 boundary or paid parking in the main city centre car parks.
Visitor’s Parking Permit - Zone 3
If you require a Zone 3 visitor’s parking permit during your visit please request this well in advance of your stay.
Please allow as much notice as possible and at least 72 hours for a parking permit to be booked by us. We will do our best to accommodate the requirements of last minute bookings.
We charge a flat admin fee of £3.00.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer parking before 1600 on the day of arrival or after 1100 on the day of your departure as we have a restricted number of visitor permits available.
